1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the KAMI online store and the purchase of products through the website.
By placing an order on the KAMI website, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Return and Refund Policy.
KAMI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on the website.
2. Product Information
KAMI strives to provide the most accurate product descriptions possible, including photographs, specifications, sizes, and material compositions.
However, product colors may vary slightly from their actual appearance due to differences in screen settings and device displays.
Minor differences between product images and the actual product shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
3. Order Placement
An order is considered confirmed once the customer receives an order confirmation from KAMI.
KAMI reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock;
- An error has been identified in the product description or pricing;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- Incorrect delivery information has been provided.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be offered a refund or an alternative solution.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Customers are required to pay for their order in full before shipment.
KAMI reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond KAMI’s control, including carrier operations, customs procedures, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the respective carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.
6. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation and returns will be handled in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on the KAMI website, including text, photographs, logos, designs, graphics, and other visual elements, is the property of KAMI or is used under appropriate authorization.
Any copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of website content without prior written permission from KAMI is strictly prohibited.

KAMI shall not be liable for:

- Actions or omissions of third parties;
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers;
- Inability to use the website due to circumstances beyond KAMI’s reasonable control.
KAMI’s maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.

KAMI shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, transportation disruptions, communication failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
